        Im a first time buyer and Heidi was recommend by the estate agent to help advise me on mortgages, as it was all rather daunting! Heidi contacted me extremely quickly and was very friendly and approachable from the outset. I felt at ease straight away and Heidi was brilliant and patient with explaining everything to me and extremely quick at responding to any queries, whether that be via email, text or phone call. Heidi also kept me updated on progress throughout the whole process, and gave me estimated timeframes so I knew what was expected. I would highly recommend Heidi, as she is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and you will feel at ease with her working on your behalf. I couldnt have asked for a smoother process and I believe this to be the hard work and knowledge Heidi brought to the process. A massive thank you from me :)
