Had many visits to Parrys over the years for batteries, ring alterations and repairs, etc. This visit was because my wife's engagement ring had given up and was literally falling apart. Parrys replaced the metal ring element (as this was the issue) and added all the stones back. You would literally never know it was any different (other than it now not being broken!). For price, yes there are cheaper places - you get what you pay for. If you want it doing properly stick with Parrys.

Lovely personal service from the friendly team. Spotted my dream eternity ring in the window, which they reset in yellow gold. Absolutely love it! Thank you especially for pulling out all the stops and getting the ring just in time for my wedding day.

Such a brilliant experience with Paul and the team at Parrys. I had 3 older rings made in two new, more modern ones as well as a new wedding band made, and we couldn't be happier. Super friendly service, great communication and excellent work. Will definitely visit Parrys again.

I would love to recommend Parrys jewellery shop , as I took my very special necklace that I had bought for me from my son for my 50th birthday. The chain had snapped , but after trying many times to fix my chain , the dedicated jeweller at Parrys, said I just needed a new chain , so he brilliantly sold me a chain , at a very reasonable price . Im so grateful to Parrys for there time and effort.
