So so delighted with the whole process of the sale of my home of 30 years through the team from Delisa Miller. Always polite, informing and optimistic, they definitely knew the market value of local property, enabling my sale at a 60k premium to anything suggested by competitors yet for extremely competitive fees I never once regretted inviting Loretta and her colleague Alex to act after speaking to the other local agents and feel the whole difficulty of moving home was made to be much easier than anticipated. We recently sold our property with Delisa Millers. They are an excellent company with exceptional customer service. Loretta successfully marketed our property giving guidance on pricing and knew the local area. She was friendly and professional at the same time. Alex who has such a calm manner undertook viewings and kept us informed of feedback. What a refreshing change that we never had to chase anyone!! Excellent customer service, always warm and helpful and efficient in answering queries. I found the staff very patient in explaining the situation and they have always kept me informed of developments throughout the property purchase and letting process.
