Let me talk customer service first. I was unsure about the sizes of the rugs ordered so I decided to contact the retailer through Instagram direct message in order to obtain more information and also to request an update of info on the order that I incorrectly inputted at checkout.
Here are my ratings:
1. Time to respond: Prompt - 10/10;
2. Willing to assist and resolve issues with sensible recommendations or suggestions - 10/10;
3. Product knowledge etc: Excellent - 10/10;
4. Update of order details with correct information: Prompt - 10/10;
5. Overall customer service delivery: Outstanding - 10/10.
Now to my two purchases:
1. Quality: Fantastic luxury quality;
2. As described or photographed: Perfectly packaged for shipment; were as described and as they appeared on the website;
3. Delivery: within timeframe specified even during the pandemic; and
4. Sizes ordered fit perfectly; these rugs do not fold or slide out of position.
My overall experience with this company has been wonderful. Value for money and a customer service delivery that's exemplary. Exactly what customers today expect when they choose to spend their money at a company.
