        Having been let down by an estate agents' preferred conveyancer, Bernadette McKay took over both purchase and sale with the utmost professionalism, speed and continuous contact. I completed 3 weeks later meeting the SDLT deadline. I just wish I had started with Lowick McKay at the start rather than going through so much stress with the previous conveyancing factory. I thoroughly recommend Lowick McKay to anyone and everyone.
