        Useless. It's no wonder Doreen Lovett is known to a lot of people I have spoke to as Judith Chalmers. She is always on holiday, and fails to do what is asked of her. Avoid.

        My family are currently using Lovett and wouldn't recommend ,communication is appalling,they drag there feet and haven't made it easy at all for us ..forever chasing and we 4 months on from loosing our loved one..and now I add to this post, we are now 9mth on and new owners have been in my grans home for 8wks but still holding her estate ,staff are off more than they are in ..always excuses when they have been passed all details off the family .do not use
