The building and facilities are excellent, that is perhaps to be expected. However it's the staff that make or break any kind of stay and I'm happy to say that the staff were fantastic.

Staff were considerate and helpful. When I gave them feedback about a noise problem in the refurbished ward it was addressed.

Very happy with surgery performed. Good ward cleanliness and general standard of care. Insufficient ward staff to perform planned frequency of post-op obs. Poor responsiveness to post-op eye irritation (believed due to iodine from skin). Requests for simple saline drops not actioned. Very slow pharmacy service delayed discharge by several hours.
