        Steer clear. The owner of this company and Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories is rude, agressive and has a problem with being told a customer is not happy. I have never encountered such a rude, unresponsive person who is supposed to be the senior figure in a public facing company. We've had the phone put down on us on a number of occasions and every communication (when we finally get to speak) is confrontational, agressive and not in the slightest bit focused on our needs. We've paid our money, had 9 months of heart ache and false promises and still our guarantee (which is not FENSA) is incorrect.

        Called and arranged somebody to come and look at some windows that need repairing. In the process of moving house at the moment so I have a lot of things to do, a complete no show from Window Repair Direct! No phone call, nothing, which after reading through other reviews seems to be a running issue!!! Thanks for wasting my afternoon! I will go elsewhere!! Do not use this company!!
