As a family, we want to express our sincerest thanks and gratitude to the staff at Alcocks for the service you have provided. It has been beyond outstanding all the way through and you have made the most difficult time that much easier. All we wanted was to do Mum proud and we cant thank you enough for the part you have played in facilitating that.

I can't thank them all enough..they guided our family through the process And organised the funeral brilliantly It went according to plan and we had a wonderful service celebrating my Aunts Long life.She would've been tickled pink I would recommend Jonathan Alcock & sons to anyone who has just lost a loved one..they are fabulous..understanding..professional And exceptionally good at their job Putting in place your wishes and following them through..working with you and explaining every stage..Nothing is too much for them A truly wonderful team..

John and his team have been so sympathetic at the time of my dad who died 3 years ago and just now for my mum who sadly passed away too. They handled everything for me and were very respectful. I needed their help and guidance as it was all new to me initally and so confusing they held my hand all the way through and helped me get through the whole process......as it can be so traumatising as to what happens next. They gave my deceased parents a lot of dignity .Very very grateful to them. Cant't thank them enough.

No hesitation in giving five stars. John Wild and all the staff looked after us from beginning to end with compassion and professionalism. They were always open to our requests and we felt safe in their hands and fully confident in their entrusting my dads funeral to them. No one was in the slightest bit pushy; we never felt pressured and thats so important at a time where you feel incredibly vulnerable. They liaised with our priest, family and members of the RAF, we so appreciated their proactive approach that helped to relieve the pressure on us. We have little recent relevant experience but found their pricing more than reasonable and appreciated having so much managed through them (flowers, donations etc) If we could award 100 stars we would, Rebecca & Mary
