        Was given the wrong date for my first appt and then that was used as a reason for discharging me when i asked to rearrange today due to the poor weather conditions.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want rude customer service and complete lack of organisation then this is the dentists for you. The receptionist attitude and lack of empathy when I missed an appointment for my son due to his mother being seriously ill in hospital makes RyanAir seem compassionate. Dirty and unhygienic waiting area. Complete disorganisation regarding scheduling appointments. plenty of other good NHS dentists nearby. EDIT: in response the surgery reply - yes his mum was seriously ill with a blood clot in hospital for the first missed appointment. - the second time my son was Ill himself and we rang up in advance and told not to come. - not sure you should be revealing patient status of a minor on google reviews. Seems like a GDPR violation
