        In my opinion and in my personal experience of severe heart failure and recovery Dr Horner is the very best Heart Doctor available. He has led the transformation of my personal health from literally at death's door and bed bound to a reasonably healthy and fit man who can enjoy life to the full again. I have been lucky to benefit from Dr. Hornes awareness and implementation of the very lastest drugs and treatments which have had a transformative effect on my life. Can't thank or recommend him enough. I only gave him five stars because there wasn't an option to give six.
