Stonepail Cycles were recommended by a work colleague and what a pleasure to meet with Dan who provided a 1st class service in diagnosing the issues with my bike and promising to keep the repairs to a minimum cost. Dan kept his promise & the bike was repaired for a very reasonable cost & to my delight. Will be using Stonepail Cycles again & again and you should too.. Brilliant stuff. Further to my previous review - exceptional service once more from the two Dans at Stonepail. Buckled wheel replaced in no time at all at 'better than' reasonable cost. New bike received via cycle to work scheme via another supplier (didn't have a choice). Wasn't roadworthy. Dan said 'bring it in no problem'. For a relatively small fee - Dan had the bike running & ready to go in no time. His knowledge, expertise & customer service is 2nd to none. If in the area - please give Stonepail your business. You will be glad you did...

Brilliant, a shop that gives excellent service and doesn't rip you off. Had my 2 bikes serviced by Dan and Dan. They did a great job in a friendly atmosphere. I got my 2 bikes serviced for less than the price of 1 bike at Evans.. would highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks again Dan.

Daniel and young Daniel are a credit to their industry. They notified me of an offer online for a new group set, I ordered, and the new group set fitted for a very fair price. Bike rides like dream. Thanks lads for your great work

Dan was unbelievably helpful. This will be my new permanent bike repair shop. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing bike maintenance or repairs.
