        Disappointing. Communal changing rooms were a shock as was 'comfort room' being in full view of reception. Whilst 'masseuse' was efficient albeit it a little too harsh for my liking, it was irritating she felt it necessary to continually speak to me . Maybe just my preference for silence? Rasul was disappointingly uncomfortable. Staff were pleasant enough but didn't really know how to deal with a complaint.

        A lovely treatment at this salon in Bruntwood Park - the therapists were very welcoming and helpful and the treatment was superb, one of the best. Stayed for a bite to eat after at the stunning hotel. All in all, a very relaxing day.

        We were spoilt from start to finish. I had a facial and my partner had a massage. The ila spa products they use are amazing (it's nice to have a change from Elemis!). Truly a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back.
