Having never planned a funeral before, I didn't know what to expect. Called Loved Ones Funeral Ltd just because of business name, and never regreted I have selected this family business. Chris treated us with upmost respect, consideration and professionalism. The overall service was exceptional, personalised from the request of a funeral plan to the funeral service, everything was well organised and every detail was just right, the whole process was handled with compassion and kindness. Chris went above and beyond: he met us out-of-office hours - evenings and weekend - to discuss funeral plan and details. Chris comunicated directly to chosen by us repatriation service, eulogist making sure everything goes very smoothly in this difficult for us time. A truly inspired choice. It's always a difficult time when someone close passes away and from the moment we met Chris at their contemporary office on Boxted Farm to discuss the arrangements for my late father Ron. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris we always found him to be compassionate ,friendly and caring ,he was always available to contact and discuss any queries and going as far as collecting items from our house.
