Dr Stephen Pereira is incredible I suffered from Insomnia for 7 years and finally I found Dr Pereira whos been able to help me, hes incredible and has changed my life. Sleep deprivation is awful it ruined my life, nothing worked I tried everything under the sun, except for medications. It was my last resort I have no regrets whatsoever. I found him by flicking through the Sunday times magazine in which Tom Bradby had written a great article on how losing sleep has effected his life.
