Called so many times. Nobody ever answers the phone.

Can't seem to contact them. Phone constantly rings out (tried several times the past 2 days), their online contact form keeps returning an error message & they do not appear to have a direct email address on their website, so no way of contacting them. I'm beginning to wonder whether they are still in business or have ceased trading.

Advertised an in stock 2019 samsung model. Bought online. Then told had no stock and wouldn't get any in. No attempt to offer alternative. Still advertising the same model on line as in stock afterwards. And now they have my card details. Beware.

Well what can I say if this was my company I would be seriously worried. I placed an order on-line and I was telephoned the next day to say the item was discontinued. I spoke with a sales consultant at length about the options I would have now. The consultant in himself was exceptionally helpful and spent a huge amount of time working out costings etc. I telephoned and placed my order for a printer at 300 plus inks about 200 a huge amount of money but I was very happy. I also committed to spending about 100- 150 per month on Ink and was happy to proceed. My credit card details were taken and I was expecting my printer the next day. I was telephoned the next day by the consultant and said he forgot to take my 3 digits from the back of my card. I was driving and said could he phone back in 20 minutes when i would be in the office. That telephone call never happened. I phoned and i was told that the consultant went home sick. I called at 11 and spoke to a lady and Ronnie phoned me back. There was no record of my dealings with the company and I had to forward the emails I had received with the quotations. I was told that they would phone me back again but they didn't I phoned at 1pm and i was told my original consultant had been sacked!! Ronnie said he was the manager and as short staffed?? I wonder why. I was promised my printer would arrive today Friday and guess what? this never happened either. The moral of this story is don't deal with a company who over promise and seriously under deliver. I am also asking myself what happened to my credit card details?
