I am utterly shocked by the lack of respect for customers who are paying your monthly wages. When i was ordering my food I saw a rat run across the kitchen, I almost lost my balance from the shock of the poor sanitation standards.

Food is good but greedy people. Everything is advertised with price ending in 99p but they will always charge a round up figure. For example, if the price is 4.99, you will be charged 5. When I asked him to charge me exact price, he put me on the spot and said I was being difficult when he tries to be nice with me. I dont understand the logic of how can somebody be nice when they are over charging you!!!!! He then said he will charge 50p service charge for card payment . So if the customer question them about the price and want to pay with card , will be charged 50pextra. So, beware! If you ask for the penny change, you are not nice!!!!!. I have no respect for them. Why cant they be honest and advertise the price they actually charge???
