Appalling service, pre-call with AV Account Manager, pure arrogance, rude and just unpleasant. I will not be working with EMS Events.

We put on a one-day event at a hotel in London for one of our Blue Chip clients. Following the direction of the venue to their preferred partner we started working with EMS. Sadly there was poor communication during the build-up which meant that the invoicing was not able to be sorted right up until the day of the event and even on-site. Even on-site a lack of knowledge into invoicing with a foreign entity meant that we had to overpay for the service. My staff were shouted at by the supplier, the service was poor, the delivery was average and we continue to be unable to reconcile the incorrect payment having been continually disregarded. I think further education into EU tax law now we are on the other side of Brexit will be a requirement in order for EMS to avoid these issues in the future
