Incredible service I used to use them a lot but moved to New Zealand for 2years The first day I moved back they not only remembered my name but ironed my wifes shirt there and then as we were going out for dinner and forgot we handnt bought an iron yet. Legends

The opening hours are incorrect. I have arrived at 7.30am three times since the beginning of this year to collect my dry cleaning but they are always closed. Today, it is now 8.18am and I have been waiting outside since 7.45am - there are no signs of opening. Evenings state they should close at 7.30pm. We were here at 7.20pm yesterday evening but collections were not available. This is deeply unreliable with no respect for peoples time. We made a decision to support local business traders rather than use online alternatives but how can we when we cant even trust opening hours. They need to update their business hours rather than falsely claiming they are open when they are not. Meanwhile, no idea when we can collect.....

Brought my gold dress in for alterations, seamstress lady was very rude and dismissive to me. She made rude remarks such as 25 is rubbish for this dress (when she was the one who quoted me the price) she also stated that I should go to a different tailor and when I told her how much inches I wanted altered she refused to listen. Even though I told her that I was aware of what I wanted due to being measured already for the dress. When I took of the dress she rudely and abruptly stated dont lose my pins! And when I told her that there is a way to talk to people she walked off. This was my first experience at this store and I was left humiliated and annoyed at her behaviour! Im a paying customer I was happy to pay any price given! I would give zero stars if I could. For the owners and mangers. This is a message to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PIVITOL AT THE FRONT OF EVERY AND ANY BUSINESS. Do better! And speak to your staff regarding this Service: Alterations
