The Medical specialist

Dr Stefania Bonaccorso is rude, self righteous, condescending and very unhelpful. She can't obtain very simple basic manners, and it shows. A common theme with the so called Medical Specialists in London, is rudeness, and I hope they can improve on this. A great shame she can call herself a doctor. Avoid this place if you know what is good for you, please. There are half a dozen other private doctors who will offer you genuine help and support, as opposed to this doctor who views you solely as a digit number and a financial commodity. I was very disappointed by this experience, it was a bad one. I do not leave reviews typically, this one warranted a response.

Was very disappointed that one of the doctors was quite rude - telling our children that they were only allowed one hot drink, even though they hadn't had any and were just watching her use the machine, then telling the receptionist to make sure the children only had one when she didn't think I was paying attention. Meanwhile, they had been good as gold, despite being at the clinic for many hours and having to have blood tests. Otherwise our experience was fine.
