        If I could rate this surgery 0 stars I would have done. Dr Misra is extremely rude, abrasive and arrogant. When asking him for information regarding a condition, his limited knowledge is exposed. When questioned, he responds defensively and aggressively - and even resorted to such childish behaviour as cutting the call off without explanation or call back. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional health care clinician in all my life and I am certainly moving away from this blighted surgery.

        Appalled by the service received. This Dr was unable to have a general conversation about my symptoms and wanted to prescibe antibiotics over the phone without understanding the root cause of my sickness. Surely that's not good practice! A formal complaint will be written to the Practice Manager.
