        Best service anybody could ask for rekha is simply wonderful. Took her time to chat and explain everything to me. She was very reassuring and understanding, if only all doctors were like her! I hope I dont have to use her again obviously, but would highly recommend her!

        Very disappointed. Paid 750 gbp for a sport cardiac screening. Meeting at 5PM. Arrived 10 minutes before. Waiting outside for 15 minutes (apparently the ring didn't work) then a guest opened. It was quite dirty inside , I was surprised, a clinic is supposed to be super clean. Then waiting inside for another 30 minutes. Nobody assisted me. Another patient with a meeting after me went through. Again, no explanation. Then I went to see the secretary who was not friendly at all. She said I had to wait cause I had to do a blood test, that I had never booked. I asked what was happening. They finally said they did a mistake (without apologizing and not giving explanations) and said I had to wait another 20 minutes because another person (the one with an appointment half an hour after me) went through before me. I asked a full reimbursement. 750 gbp is a reasonable amount of money for a cardiac screening. I would have expected a good quality of service. It was dramatically low (unfriendly, unorganized, unable to communicate properly). Stay away from this clinic.
