The worst umbrella company out there. Pay changes every month despite working same hours. Messed up my pay in my last month of contract so I ended up getting paid twice in the same month and got around 70% tax on the second pay. Advised there was nothing they could do despite it being their error and told me to wait till end of tax year to sort it with hmrc even though I have my bills to pay now. Also started randomly taking pension payments 7 months into the contract even though I opted out, had to fight to try and get the payments back. Do not work with this umbrella company they are seriously incompetent!

Believe the negative reviews here. Total rubbish. Pay seems to fluctuate month to month despite there being no changes. Can never get through. When you do they aint got a clue. Go with these if they your only option. But if they aint, go ANYWHERE else.

Was paid half a weeks pay instead of the full week which was acknowledged as an error by Trafalgar. Was told it would be looked into and sorted. They then stopped responding to my emails so I have given up. Recomend using Paystream instead.

Sometimes they don't keep you informed of the changes to process or directions from HMRC, like for months I was getting a payslip then it cut off without notice, but generally they have been responsive to requests and quite helpful - you need to be proactive with them rather than expecting them to call you.
