Harvest and Dave provided an amazing environment to teach us how to be confident and relaxed when baking. Their knowledge and willingness to share is exceptional.
We wholeheartedly enjoyed the class, it was well structured and timed perfectly. Allowing us to make a range of breads to suite all. Topped off by a nice homemade lunch and taking away our beautiful home bread.
I can highly recommend the bread making class for anyone and everyone.
