Been going to Sophie's classes for 4 years . Initially to help with sciatica management, which hasn't flared up for years . My mobility and flexibility have greatly improved , no need for medication. Each class obviously you do the exercises set by Sophie. The unusual, inclusive part ,is the openess to chat ,laugh ,ask about woman's health . Great classes, love going.

Thought I'd give it a go because I had back issues, probably the best thing I ever did! Sophie made me feel welcome and helped me and the others in the class with her calm and joyful nature, explained to us what and how pilates and the exercises we were doing would make us better and help put right the things that we were there to fix or just get fitter. All of us got her personal attention and she helped us individually focus on what we needed to put right but also making it fun, relaxed and enjoyable. Pilates helped not just physically but mentally aswell, she pushed us when she could and got me feeling great and I felt not only refreshed and happy but better about myself and others. I couldn't thank and recommend her enough! She's amazing and has the most wonderful way of looking at things thru what she teaches. All I can say is you must give it a go!!

I have been going to classes here for a few years now and absolutely love them, Sophie is a great instructor and very knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. I have noticed many benefits since starting Pilates, I do a lot of walking and have noticed the improvement in my joints, I have also recently managed to start jogging again after a 20 year break! I feel a lot more flexible and my whole wellbeing has improved. Classes are fun and friendly, I would highly recommend fitpilates.
