        You can book in for repairs weeks in advance, drop it off first thing, BUT only at the end of the day when you go to collect it will they inform you that they haven't done any work on the car! Every single time! and then they tell you they'll "do it tomorrow", like you didn't just arrange this day with your job etc. Won't be using them anymore.
