I should have done this earlier but wanted to say how brilliant AL Timber are. The sheds are awesome and worth waiting for. The instructions seem simple enough but they are not so its mandatory to listen to the verbal instructions from the delivery guy. They have the experience to point out the bits that DIYers like me need to focus on. I am bad as i dont remember his name but he was always available for any help and i needed a lot. Sending me pictures, calling me. It took me a while but we are very happy with the end result and i would highly recmend then

Delivered on time. Driver went through all instructions thoroughly, helped unpack . Price ... VERY competitive !! All round excellent service ....5 ***** I woul definitely recommend. p.s. 3 weekends and the log cabin is up , wood preserved and nearly painted

Fantastic service from Arta, she kept me informed of delivery and sent building instructions. It was delivered by Laurence who is so knowledgeable of the product and gave me so many handy tips as we unloaded the cabin. I can highly recommend them. Managed to build the cabin in 4 days to be water tight. Brilliant for someone that has a bit of DIY skills. The cabin is perfect and exactly what we wanted. 5 stars!

Thanks to the staff at AL Timber for the superb customer service from order to delivery. No e mail questions re spec or delivery dates went unanswered, mostly same/next day.The Cambridge corner summerhouse was delivered as requested and the lovely chap helped offload and carefully restacked in the correct build order with loads of knowledgeable advice on what pieces to be aware of and quirks of building it as it was our first self build. Without his advice it could have been a nightmare. Suffice to say we would highly recommend this company who go the extra mile.
