I was very misfortunate to have had to meet the owner of this company in the middle of my wedding as she argued with my family and guests. In the MIDDLE of the ballroom :( a horrible memory that no one will ever forget and which left a real sour note to our entire wedding for me, my husband, all our family and guests. My wedding planner had booked her to supply some centrepieces for my wedding. We had 11 tables and had hired 11 centrepieces. 1 centrepiece was broken and was reported to her 15 minutes after she left the venue. She knew it was broken and had left the venue for the planner to figure out. My planner kept calling her and she said she was stuck in traffic and would not be able to make it back in time before the wedding starts even though she had only left the venue 15 minutes before the first call. This was all just a lie and she stopped answering her phone after a while. So we were 3 hours prior to wedding starting and 1 centrepiece down. My planner and also my family members tried to contact different companies but it was all just too last minute for them and so we had one odd looking table with no decorations And that wasnt the only issue with the centrepieces. 2 of them were completely different to the rest and were so dirty it just completely ruined the beautiful tableware and small table decor details that were set. Unexpectedly the woman walked (with security running in behind her) into the middle of the very private and intimate black tie wedding event at 10pm looking like she just got out of bed and ignoring the securitys telling her she needs to leave. She replied back saying she needs to check the centrepiece and the tables and proceeded to walk through the venue and lean over on guests at each table to see the inside of the dirty centrepieces. I mean this woman lacked basic manners and was not in the least apologetic My family members and guests starting asking her to leave the room as they were initially frightened by this scary looking lady running from security. She started arguing with them and the entire wedding stopped for around 15 minutes as the argument erupted and lead to a screaming match in which me and my husband had to get off the stage and ensure the woman was escorted out of the room. Fully ruined our wedding and it wasnt the same vibe after that. She then came again at the end of the event and had another screaming match and refused to apologise to me, my family, my guests, my planner and the security. Im very happy to hear that she has been banned from the venue also Me and my husband saved up many years for this wedding and we paid a lot of money for the decorations. My planner refunded us regardless of the fact that this company kept all the money paid to them. They basically stole our wedding money and our wedding planner got the brunt of it. Very sad behaviour and this woman is a nightmare to deal with

Cima events supply (Jessica) was such a lovely, humble, respectful and a very down to earth decorator. My previous decorator for my wedding literally cancelled on me 2 days to my wedding and Jessica and team accepted to do it for me. She did a beautiful job and literally had 2 days to prepare. Im really glad I chose her. God bless you for the beautiful job you did, you made my wedding beautiful
