        Have been going to the Walderslade branch for many years and have been very happy with the treatment for our labradors. Problems arose with lockdown, which was difficult for everyone. Then Walderslade was closed and we had to ring around to find out where our regular vet was on duty as we wanted to stay with him as ge knew us and our dog very well and we trusted him. Unfortunately he finally left as dont think he was happy working for them anymore and so we have no regular vet now. No vet in Walderslade either so we have to go to one of the other branches and it is not the same. We are holding out hoping that Walderslade will again be reopened as the pandemic restrictions have been lifted and hopefully they now have sufficient staff to run it.
