I took my dog in for x-rays on a Monday for an on-going hip problem. I was told the results would be back in 2-3 days On Friday, I called for an update and was told nothing had come in. Called again on the Monday and still nothing so was told the vet would chase it up. Calling everyday, nothing and told the same, the get would chase it up and get back to me. After two weeks of this, being told the same each time without a single call, i asked for a full refund but only got a compensation payment. This service was abysmal and Ill be taking my dog to another vet in future as Ive lost all trust in Easipetcare

Didnt have a clue that my dog had developed sepsis and sent him home with antibiotics knowing he wasnt eating so he wouldnt take them, died 2 days later having not been treated properly straight away. Could have been prevented had he been put on a drip with the correct antibiotic
