They seriously need new reception staff . Call in about an appointment the woman on the phone sounds in a rush to get of and passing me to the wrong department Kmt maybe if she took the time to listen to what I was asking her that wouldnt be happening.

Hi everyone, I was today at emergency at Homerton Hospital and had ANOTHER bad experience I found out just now, from another source, that I nearly had a heart attack!!! And what? In Homerton Hospital Linda told me that I have gastric acid and told me to take Gaviscone!!! So disappointed with this hospital! It is my third time in here and always same sh*t, I am asking myself if they know ANYTHING when they speak to patients or they are just guessing. It is ridiculous! The patient dies and you give him Gaviscone! Absurd! If you can not rely on someone who calls himself Doctor or Nurse, so who should you rely on than? Whit you life. Extremely disappointed and sad
