        booked 1 month in advance to go from gatwick to london with the meet & greet service. the taxi didn't turn up. spent 30 minutes on the phone with the taxi office, eventually they said that the taxi broke down on the way to pick us up and we have to wait another 40 mins for another one (no prior communication to us about no turn up before). i have asked to cancel and get a refund( i did recieve the refund). Went with Uber instead - same money.
