STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they start off well and act like they are doing the work in good faith. But when the payments start coming in they are completely inconsistent. Initially we had a great relationship with the owner sashana who helped stage the house and helped us include fixtures also. But once she was paid to do things she started missing phone calls coming up with excuses and eventually not responding. We are owed almost 10k by this company. Please please please do not book this company. They are not a legitimate company in any way. A year later a lot of their fixtureshave even broken !!! Flooring lifting, blinds broken etc. If you have you been paid to do a job you should do it. Its almost been a year and we will still havent heard anything.

A bathroom refurbishment job with a 4-5 days timeline ended up to be 36 days and eventually will have to get it done by someone else, as 3 of their builders could not manage to install a 9 square meters wet room. Ended up with a leak to the kitchen which made our kitchen ceiling crack- so had to remove to prevent it to collapse. 2 ppl going around collecting jobs, than sub contract it to inexperienced builders- I would not even call a company. And I would avoid them at all cost. Not even for cleaning as they were unreliable.

I hired this bunch of charlatans for a simple bathroom refurb. Three months later, and after multiple unreturned calls, Im left with half a bathroom and a 4,000 deficit in my bank account. If you value your sanity, steer well of Idyllic - this company are the pits.

An absolutely Fantastic company! My house and studio smells incredible after using them for a deep clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much for your helpful and professional service!
