I was highly recommended by a family member Ash Lawrence to work with Ross and Emily. Working with them for three months has been unbelievably rewarding I have gained knowledge in fitness, food and built a stronger mindset. We set out three goals which where to build a healthy relationship with food, build on self confidence and ultimately be content with life. All three of these goals have been achieved and with the dedication and support Ive been provided by Ross and Emily they have helped to ensure these goals are reached. If you want to build healthily habits, achieve your potential in not just fitness but so much more then these guys are the answer!

I started my journey with BTA 8 weeks ago on the Fit for Life program and I cannot recommend this enough. The amount of truly amazing support you recieve along with motivation is priceless, everything is set up for you and you gain so much knowledge through weekly live calls that you can apply to everyday life. Emily and Ross are truly inspirations and are just absolutely fantastic trainers that live for you and your goals

I would like to thank Ross from BTA for everything he has done for me. Having been diagnosed with SPS (Small Patellar Syndrome) at 14, I had resided myself to the fact that I would struggle and be in pain with my legs everyday. Doctors could offer me no more than pain killers or incredibly invasive surgery which did not seem like a viable solution for me. When I met Ross he was more than happy to help and see what training could do to help build up the muscles around the joint to help support it. I have gone for having around 3 knee dislocations a day to around 1 every 2 months. For me this is life changing, I now dont have to worry about simple everyday activities as I did before. Ross has been an amazing trainer that has made the whole process enjoyable and worthwhile. Would recommend BTA to anyone.

After a few years of going to the gym on my own and not quite seeing the results I wanted I decided to contact BTA. Ross gave me a few pointers and helped me sort my diet out, we changed a few things at the gym and I meet up with him every week for a chat to keep me on track. I've been working out with BTA for 8 weeks in that time I've lost 2 inches off my waist and put 2 inches on my chest. I'm lifting more I have more energy and feeling great. I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is that I'm gonna have to buy some new shirts! Ross and Emily are awesome, really easy to get along with and they both know their stuff, highly recommended. Thanks guys
