META Evolution Gym

I have been having 1-to-1 PT with Shelley at Meta for just under a year - a mixture of online sessions at home during lockdown and sessions at the studio. Shelley has helped me enormously through a combination of things including goal setting, advising me on food choices, and guided studio sessions. I have gained a huge amount of confidence in using weights and doing certain exercises that I was avoiding previously (full burpees!) and along the way Shelley has encouraged me and ensured I am moving with good form, which has been really important to me since I have some lower back troubles. Everyone at Meta is so friendly and welcoming, it's got a really great atmosphere. I highly recommend!

This gym completely overhauled my lifestyle and fitness. In less than a year, I'd lost over 5 stone, obtained a good level of functional fitness and regained long-lost confidence. I wouldn't categorise META as a gym. It is more of a personalised studio for what you need with a great community (both staff and other members) on top. My only regret is not finding them, and signing up sooner. If you are a little lost with your fitness and need a helping hand - this is the team you need. You won't regret it. Thanks all.

I've been going to Meta Evolution for over a year now and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The gym has a great spec and I love the den where I can tire flip, get on the battle ropes or do some ball slams! I have been working with Shelley and she genuinely pushes and supports me and I can see the results. I am fitter, stronger and getting a nice tone. Even during our lockdown sessions they have been fab! Thanks Shelley and Meta :)
