During my time training with Mollie, I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, and she was always able to answer any questions I had with ease. What sets Mollie apart from other personal trainers is her ability to explain the benefits and mechanics of each exercise in a way that is easy to understand.

    Really fantastic training group! Such a community-feel and the programmes are fantastic. I've been on one of the fairground programmes now for nearly 4 months with Gyorgy as my trainer and hes wonderful. So friendly, supportive, motivational and really pushes me to challenge myself. Ive gained so much confidence in my training and Im always excited for my next session. Of course you can train without a programme or trainer but having a tailored programme takes the thinking out of it and has allowed me to just focus on the workouts and allowed me to progress so quickly. Honestly cant recommend enough!!

Every session I learnt something new and best of all my confidence to try different exercises including weight lifting, has improved. I found Mollie to be really thorough, and her energy was motivating. For a lazy gym goer like me who stuck to the treadmill, Mollie helped me break out my shell and try new exercises. I began with a fixed programme to get a taste and moved to a catered programme where she has uniquely picked out workouts for me to support my goals and targets. Mollie is a great trainer and really knows her stuff. She is great at carefully explaining difficult concepts and giving examples of how to correct my form when weight lifting.
