You couldn't wish for a better group to train with than Unity. I joined a little over a month ago, having never trained in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (BJJ) before, and the friendly group have been hugely supportive and patient with me. Ben and his team are skilled teachers; the way they break down the lessons makes them easy to absorb. The sessions are just the right length to make good progress without overloading yourself with new information. Also, the facilities are excellent if you want to exercise before or after the BJJ session. I'll be recommending Unity to anyone that will listen!

Wonderful club to be a part of. The name Unity says it all really. The Coaches are fantastic and the Head Coach is the most accommodating, helpful guy. Great vibe amongst the group, none of the ego trips you get at some gyms. Theres a class of some description available on every day of the week, plus kids classes, plus a ladies only class.
