I had been suffering for over a year with a Sinus problem, was prescribed lots of medication from my GP which didn't help, waited so long for a hospital appointment & I was so worried about it that I found this wonderful Consultant Mr Lim at the Alexandra Hospital in Kent. I get so nervous about anything medical, but as soon as I arrived at the Entrance of the hospital I was greeted by a lovely lady who put my mind as ease, the hospital was beautiful, just like a hotel. My appointment was exactly on time, no waiting & getting nervous. When I met Mr Lim, he put me so as ease, what a Gentleman, upon examination he told me that I had a very bad nasel infection & prescribed antibiotics & drops, all that worrying I had for over a year & in that half an hour of Meeting Mr Lim that all went away. If I do need to have anything done in the future I will certainly go back to Mr Lim, what a true professional & very kind man.

Having already seen my GP I was referred to a NHS hospital for an ear inspection and a Micro irrigation procedure on both ears. As the Waiting time was in excess of 6 months I decided to try the Alexandra Hospital for a Self funded visit. The hospital reception was very good and I was given an appointment with Mr. Lim for 2 days later. Mr Lim met me in the waiting room exactly on time and took me in. My problem was discussed and the procedure explained. The micro irrigation was carried out. It was a little noisy but not intolerable. He followed up by advising on future care. Overall I was very pleased, It was expensive but well worth it considering the length of the NHS que and the quality of service provided.
