        Such pleasant customer service from arrival to leaving this store and Sharline the finial advisor provided additional personal support that increased my confidence in my choice of glasses/frame, clearly an asset to the company. Thank you.

        Rude, dismissive and condescending male staff member/manager. Policy on payment needed up front was no where to be seen for customers to know about. It was the second time I needed a replacement and I paid on pick up the first time . I wouldn't have minded if it was a policy clearly stated or a deposit was taken. I dont think I will be going back there.

        I am blown away! Never have I had such an amazing service before. I was served by Dee, Loriane and Juanella. Really could not ask for a more friendly, honest and helpful service. Dee was incredibly helpful when choosing the right frames and made me feel very welcome. Everyone in that store, especially the ones mentioned deserve the absolute best! Thanks so much for brightening my day!
