Vision Express Opticians - Chatham

It is a pleasure to visit Vision Express. All staff are friendly attentive and helpful and genuinely interested in your personal vision condition and needs. My recent visit on 22 of March 2023. It was well organised and processed; and the optometrist( if that is what the vision professional person is called) performed a good service including background health checks with clarifying questions, eye health checks and vision tests arriving at appropriate prescriptions. Then answered questions and concerns from me. During the session I was interested in learning various pieces of related information and the optometrist also showed interest in me as a person. Other staff members were equally professional in their roles including pre examination checks, reception, admin and sales. As previously mentioned - a pleasant experience.

Excellent service and friendly staff and lovely optician.

The tests they do are excellent but sadly damaged the existing lenses in my glasses that were fine for now. Got a giant scratch and therefore was forced to get new lenses.
