        Terrible service staff very rude female staff member insulant waited for some time watched items being put in the sterilisation machine (autoclave) which 1. was not switched on 2. dirty items were continually being added after being used on customers if items were being sterilised placing dirty items in the autoclave contaminates the items in there 3. unsterilized dirty items was being removed and used on other customers Risk of infection is high never seen a manicure done without soaking your nails left wasn't going to let her ruin my nails
