The woman with the ginger, Bob was very aggressive when she was doing my nails. She made prices up on the spot and tried to charge me 5 extra for glitter. They didnt have a card machine and my nails dont look like the inspiration picture I showed them she was aggressively filing which hurt and she looked really angry the whole way through, I dont recommend I will never use again. Attended here today first time user. I obtained a price got money from bank as cash only. Showed design and left with a person who spoke limited English or thats what it appeared. Tried to tell him the nails were too long stopped after 3 times telling him. Nail design not what I showed him, he didnt even want to look at it before painting. It was a basic design mainly French. Then when it came to paying I was charged more than price quoted even though I showed the design I wanted when I started. I think 42 for basic acrylic nails with black french paint is above the average. Plus side they were quick but thats because they dont interact at all. Response to reply Well your response is a lie. The design he did was black French with thin silver line above it then with ring finger with a black and silver squiggle. It was meant to have white as well (which it didnt and other bits) so no I didnt have more design I had less!. It was not technical it was less than the design I was quoted for in the first place when I showed you a picture and asked the price. Basically you charged more when you got to the till! Which is your company conning people after the work. As for being able to ask people re length the only person who was available was the menacing man standing over the nail tech shouting in his phone in another language hardly inspiring to talk to him Services: Manicure, Nail designs
