Kent DJ Academy

With a passion for music, we decided pre covid that it would be a great idea to get our teenage daughter a DJ lesson. Kent DJ Academy came up on Google and despite the initial lesson being cancelled due the pandemic, she has now been working with Jon for a few years and I have to say, we couldn't wish for a better teacher. He is passionate about his trade and also super knowledgeable. He has been able to inspire and engage her and offers so much support, encouragement and insight. She is now performing publicly and loving every minute. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kent DJ Academy to anyone!

Sent seven 14 year old kids there for a birthday party and they had an awesome time. Lee was excellent with them and the mix tape has already become legend! Great option for an awkward age birthday party

Had a brilliant beginners session with Jon. He was a great teacher with lots of fun energy. He explained everything to make it all really easy to pick up and Ive totally caught the DJ bug ! The academy is based in such a beautiful setting also. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jon and Lee delivered a fun, engaging and creative DJ workshop to a group of 11 young people for us earlier this month. They were able to keep them all engaged and well informed about they needed to do which resulted in them having their own playlist of tracks that they were all involved in mixing. The young people were delighted to get a copy of their music and loved the opportunity to have a go on the drums! We will definitely be going back. If you have a young person or group interested in music and learning about the world of being a DJ I would highly recommend the Kent DJ Academy!
