They also helped me on the day of exchange when I needed a emergency change to some details which they turned around within the hour on the day which Im sure saved the day! Paul and his team at Henchurch Lane have recently secured us a first time mortgage. The process from start to finish was as stress free as it could be and the mortgage was sorted in very quick time. Communication was excellent and any questions answered quickly with Paul taking the time to explain things in detail making it easy to understand. We had to meet with Paul as we were due for our fixed rate mortgage to end. This was never going to be an easy chat with everything that is happening right now but Paul done everything in his power to find the right product for our situation. We really appreciated his honesty about the current interest rate situation, our current rate ends at the end of March and even though we have chosen our new rate Paul has assured us he will still be looking for the better rate for us right up until were due to sign the new contract.
