Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive - exactly what you want and need from a Physio. Properly qualified, too - unlike many other so called Physios. I would 100% recommend Nelson to to anyone that asks.

I've been having knee problems for a while and I needed see a physiotherapist urgently within the area. Unfortunately I was unable to get a hospital or go to a clinic. I found Real Physio Solutions and read that they do home visits. I managed to book an appointment and see someone within 24/48hours. They were really professional and really helped me with my knee. I would recommended them to anyone who is in pain and needs attention urgently. I am back to normal now and I'm getting strong with my rehabilitation

I recommend Nelson as the best physiotherapist I found in Kent. My apointments were 60 min long and I always felt much better afterwards. I had back problems and Nelson knew how to release the tension of the muscles with massages and exercises. I was given exercises to do at home and it helped a lot. I think good physiotherapist always works longer than 30 min. You feel much better even after first visit and you are given exercises to do by yourself. Nelson definitely meets all these needs. He also does home visits even with very short notice.
