Jessie lilly therapies Huge thanks to Jessie for her help and support with rehab for my broken wrist and frozen shoulder. Not only did she provide hands-on massage therapy, but her kindness and understanding served as much needed emotional therapy too. She was also really helpful in suggesting various exercises to help increase the range of movement in my shoulder. Her treatment in tandum with my physio exercises really helped to speed up my recovery. Highly recommend.

Jessie is the best massage therapist I have ever been to and I don't say that lightly. With Jessie, it's so much more than a massage. She always takes a holistic approach so meets you exactly where you are that day and moves forward with kindness, care and intention over what you need to achieve. Jessie has healing hands and an amazing gift. I've seen her for back tension, to feel energised, to feel grounded, for self-care during egg freezing. She helps me feel present, encourages me to breathe and helps me with tools and methods to take away. I can't recommend her enough.

10/10! I saw Jessie throughout the third trimester of my pregnancy regularly, and she helped me tremendously. The shift my body went through to adjust to pregnancy was very noticeable, and I developed bad shoulder and back pains. Jessie essentially eradicated the pain, was very considerate and interested on a personal emotional level as well, and was honest about the amount of sessions she thought I'd need (once I didn't have any pain anymore, she recommended we take a few weeks break and see how I feel). I felt extremely relaxed after each session and could sleep better as well. I would highly recommend her for pregnancy massages!

I have been carrying pain in my back, neck and shoulders for as long as I can remember. Having seen a mixture of osteos, chiropractors and everything in-between for the last decade, it has been my work with Jessie over the last couple of months that has begun to give me some much sought after relief; and a little hope too. Her intuitive, detailed understanding of the relationship between pain in the body, and the impact this can have on your mental health and wellbeing, means her treatments address both the physical and emotional sides to pain (and anxiety, in my case). It is never a case of one size fits all with Jessieshe gives you the time, care and attention to work through areas and issues that are personal to you. Jessie is a wonder! I injured my neck during theatre rehearsals and needed urgent help in the run-up to our play. Jessie was brilliant at listening, locating the source of the pain, explaining her method and relieved me of the pain in 3-4 sessions. It's a very special treatment and I walked out with a big smile on my face every single time. Highly recommended!
