If you want a really good, deep and effective massage, you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Amy. She is a highly skilled masseuse and very knowledgeable about the body, its musculature and fascia, as well as being a thorough professional and a really lovely person. Amy goes above and beyond using a variety of techniques to bring about the best outcome for her clients. She will also advise on stretches and exercises to help speed up recovery. I cant recommend Amy highly enough.

Amy is an exceptional therapist. So much so that my back pain and muscular strain has gone since my sessions with her. Amy is very good at not only delivering expert therapy but also at providing you with daily and lifestyle advise for physically combating some of the painful symptoms, so that you can carry out your days with ease and be more aware of certain things you could do better to resolve back and body pain. She is simply one of the best therapists I've ever come across.

Amy is literally a miracle worker. She amazes me everytime I see her. Just by looking at you she can assess where your body may not quite be at its best. She uses a range of techniques and each massage is tailored to exactly what you and your body need. At times its not exactly relaxing but its always exactly what you need. I tend to refer to her as my body worker because for me she does so much more than just massage. Shes also a beautiful person to boot. I cant recommend her enough.
