I had a mind body integration session with Maria that was an interesting combination of body movement and healing, some of it hands on. The sessions offer an opportunity to explore physical and emotional boundaries followed by an integrating relaxation. Maria is a gentle practitioner who holds a calm space and is clearly passionate about her work.

Excellent massages! I got a face and back massage and it was amazingly relaxing! The technique they used was quite special and you don't often get this in other places... Really recommended it! :)

I was impressed by Ophelies Reiki and crystal healing session. Within a few minutes after she placed her hands on me, I went into a very relaxed state where I could connect with my bodys energy flow and really feel how the energy was getting activated, flowing through my whole body. I have received other Reiki treatments in the past in which I could not feel this to such extend. Surely, something moved and shifted that day and I felt a cleansing was triggered, which was still present 2 days post treatment. Thank you, I will be back :)

I had a Lomi Lomi massage from Daniel Joy and I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a beautiful and transformative experience that stayed with me for days. I came away feeling so clear and light, and it was visible to others too, as everyone who saw me afterward were like, 'whoa!' Seriously. It's that good.
