        I would like to express my thanks to Lemmy who works in the council tax Dept who was so compassionate and helpful when i called regarding a really big problem i had with my tax payment she was so understanding and caring and helpful and it was much appreciated she is a credit to the Tax Department.

        Despicable! After dropping off my elderly Disabled Mother in Law in Rochester, I asked a Parking Enforcement officer about parking for Disabled Badge holders. After telling me it was fine to park there displaying her Disabled Badge, he waited until I'd gone and stuck a ticket on the car. Lowest of the low.

        Take money for parking permit and don't send, when I call after 12 days women tell me council forget send this permit and now must wait again 10 working days
