Guys were friendly enough but quite frankly a waste of my time. Was told i was approved for a loan, spent almost 2 hours in their offices and asked lots of embarrassing questions to be told the money would be transferred end of the day/first thing monday. Quite a relief However, Money never arrived and then got a generic emails saying i was not approved only after chasing. Appreciate they need to be responsible but this should be caveated much more during that time spent in the office. It was more irresponsible telling me i had the money when it wasn't 100% confirmed. It could have been handled much better.

Had a very positive experiance with this branch yes it was a bit of paper work and they didn't transfer the whole balance into my bank account instead they paid off someone I owe directly I understand why to assure I could pay back my money to them . Had some issues during covid pandemic but rest assured they were very amenable then back to normal and paid off my balance a few months early defiantly recommend

The manager and staff at this branch are so friendly and helpful good customer service make you feel at ease would highly recommend these guys

They offered me a loan first time round and staff have always been helpful, applied for a second loan which was declined and perfectly understandable. However what I really dislike absout their service is their longwinded paper work and having to come in to the office. I couldve done all this at home. Why are you making me come in to your office just to give you the details of my employer? When you could just set up an online form for this. Called me in knowing full well they werent going to offer me the loan. Affordability checks should be done before hand. Maybe automate the process so staff arent having to crack their brains working through peoples statements. Not just a waste of my time but also a waste of staff time. Only invite people to your branch when youre certain you can offer them a loan. Any questions about unusual expenses could be done over quick email or phone call. Im working and I had to take out 3 hrs of my day to fill out unnecessary paper work and taking into account travel times. Im sure these loans are offered to full time working individuals so at least accommodate to that. Streamline/automate your process and stop wasting peoples time. Its 2023.
